PATTY G’s MEMORIAL 5K WALK – 10/12/24

Join us Saturday October 12th for the 1st Annual Patty G’s Memorial 5K Walk!! Starting at Birdsmouth Brewery we will all gather to remember Officer Patrick James Gornik of the Oceanport Police Department and raise money for Patty G’s Help For Heroes and it’s memorial scholarship fund. Registration begins at 8:30am and we begin walking the scenic streets of Fort Monmouth at 9am. Walk, jog, roll, run, crawl; however you would like to enjoy the event, we will begin and end at Birdsmouth where a complimentary 1st beer will be awaiting you. Your $50 registration includes an event t-shirt, Patty G’s mug, continental breakfast, and the aforementioned 1st beer (Other non-alcoholic beverages will be available).

Children under 12 free (kid’s shirts will be available). No official times will be kept for the 5K but feel free to challenge yourself! Your $50 donation will help provide financial assistance to first responders (police, fire, and EMS) and/or the family members thereof afflicted with an illness, injury, or crisis situation. It will also contribute to the annual scholarship presented to a student graduating from Shore Regional High School pursuing higher education and help fund testicular cancer research. Please come out Saturday, October 12th, 2024 to support our local charity and have a great time!
